
Orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) by a reputable, Courier in order to provide a better customer service. In either case you will be notified by email and/or phone once the goods have been dispatched. Standard shipping can take up to 7 days, although it varies by location serviceability. You will receive a tracking number once the shipment is made. Signature on delivery is required in all instances.

*NOTE: Orders received on the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order. We will notify you as soon as possible if the item is already sold.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded
10 Hours of Fashion does accept EXCHANGES ONLY as we understand that sometimes clothing might not fit appropriately and will need to be exchanged. In this instance, simply post the item back to us within 3 days. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipts, labels and we will gladly swap/exchange your item for an alternative size. We do not accept items which have been already used or with any unusual scents or smoke scent. If we no longer have the merchandise in your size required/needed in stock we can only issue a store credit.

Final sale items with and gift cards may not be returned. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete.
